The Spanish professional all seem to wear their hearts on their sleeve and try to play the game with the same passion and pride as Seve did.

Alvaro Quiros captured the plaudits on his way to victory in the Portugal Masters.
Lilley Brook Advanced PGA Professional Karl Hayler was impressed with the young Spaniard who reminded him of the great Seve Ballesteros.
I was very impressed by Alvaro Quiros' power off the tee and great touch with the putter on the greens on his way to a closing 68 to win the Portugal Masters by three shots from the 1999 Open Champion Paul Lawrie.
Quiros drove the ball an average 307 yards and topped the driving distance averages for the tournament.

It was good to see him flying the flag for Spain in light of the current condition of Spain's golfing mega star Seve Ballesteros.
The Spanish professionals all seem to wear their hearts on their sleeve and try to play the game with the same passion and pride as Seve did.
Recently, at a dinner party we were discussing how you define charisma. After lengthy debate we all gave a name of someone that we thought fitted the bill, which was someone who was inspirational to us and who we thought had charisma. For me it was Seve.
The Oxford English dictionary defines charisma as a special power of an individual to inspire fascination.

For those of us who remember watching Seve win his three Open and two Masters titles we were watching a master golfer at work.
I believe it is right to mention Seve and Tiger Woods in the same light. Both have charisma flowing in their veins and showed pure genius.
The world of golf will be a sad place without the charisma of Seve. Get well soon Seve.
